U.S. District Judge Ellen Hollander dismissed Chase Standage’s lawsuit and denied the 21-year-old midshipman’s request for a preliminary injunction allowing him to graduate from the academy.
Chris Miller met Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani and Gen. Scott Miller, the top U.S. commander in the country. He also visited with U.S. troops deployed there during the holiday season.
“We actually have not lost a soldier in a rollover accident since March 2018 who had a serviceable restraint available to them,” the Army safety director said.
