A Navy SEAL recruit looks on as members from the U.S. Joint Forces Command's Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) tackle the Naval Special Warfare Group 2 obstacle course during Operation Serapis at the Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek.
The intent of Operation Serapis is to share information on unique and evolving capabilities and to learn what service specific strengths can offer to the stand-up of a joint task force headquarters.
