Air Force struck first in the three-way battle for the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy by defeating Navy 30-21 on Saturday. The Midshipmen have held the trophy since 2012. While the Mids held on through the first half, ultimately Air Force pulled away with an unanswered touchdown in the third quarter and a field goal and a final touchdown in the fourth quarter. The Falcons will travel to West Point to face the Army Black Knights on November 1 for the next academy match-up.
